Dr. Bob Chen created China's first physical rehabilitation team and participated in preparation for the Athens Olympics as a specially invited expert by the State Sports General Administration.
2005 – Xiangsu, China
The Tenth National Sports Meet
2008 – The Twenty-ninth Summer Olympics, Beijing, China
Dr. Bob Chen was hired as an invited expert for the Beijing Olympics and the National Medical Expert Group. The concept of physical rehabilitation began rapidly spreading in China, and has become a hot topic and development direction for competitive sports, public health and medical rehabilitation
2010 – The Twenty-first Winter Olympics, Vancouver, Canada
Dr. Bob Chen and his team shifted their focus to preparation for the Vancouver Winter Olympics, providing comprehensive protection for the national short track speed skating team, which swept four gold medals.
2011 – Beijing, China
Dr. Bob Chen's Sports Training and Rehabilitation (STaR) Studio was established.
The physical rehabilitation class for the first retired athletes started.
2012 – The Thirtieth Summer Olympics, London, England
Dr. Chen and his team were once again hired by the State Sports General Administration to participate in preparation for the London Olympics to provide protection from injuries for the Chinese sports delegation.
2013 – Beijing, China
The Chinese Basketball Association named Dr. Chen's STaR Studio the Strategic Partner for the Chinese Basketball Association.
2014 – Sochi, Russia
The International Administration of Sports Management Center named Dr. Chen's STaR Studio the cooperating unit for the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics. Dr. Chen was named deputy head of the expert group for the 2014 Winter Olympics.
