Just as “faster, higher, stronger” is the eternal motto for the Olympics, “injury” is the eternal theme for competitive sports. Together with coaches, scientists, and medical staffs, through continuous training systems, athletes have reached their high level, or even super-physical, technical and competitive states, and achieved remarkable results in international competitions. But at the same time, injuries have accompanied them, and acted as a “stumbling block,” which often sneaks in and makes trouble to take away all the hard work that everyone has put in. Hence, understanding sports injuries and carrying out pre-injury control and post-injury rehabilitation have become an unavoidable reality for all athletes.
