The key for preventing heatstroke is strengthening your body
The purpose of exercising is to improve our health. However, exercising unscientifically can result in injury, sickness or danger; heat stroke is one of these. In order to prevent heat stroke, one must seek scientific and targeted methods. Here, I will make a few suggestions.
---*a. In the height of summer, one should exercise during a relatively cool time, and try to avoid the noon sun and the unbearably hot afternoon, or choose shady areas or work out indoors.
b. Exercising under the sun, one should wear a hat, and light-colored outfits to reflect the radiation of the sunlight. Modern sports clothing and equipment these days often use bionic technology, which reduces radiation, increases convection, activates the cooling system of the body, and has good effect on perspiration. People can use these selectively.
c. For outdoor sports, one should not only pay attention to temperature, but also to humidity. When humidity is high, one should wear sweat absorbent clothing and bring a towel along in order to remove the sweat from the skin promptly, so that it does not form a layer on the skin that blocks the airflow.
