The tie between Dr. Chen’s STaR Studio and the Winter Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China was formed at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics.  Dr. Chen and his team went to Vancouver with the Chinese short track speed skating team.  Through the joint efforts of everyone, the Chinese short track speed skating team achieved great results, which contributed to the continued cooperation between the two that happened again at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics.
