From the 11th to 13th, Dr. Bob Chen attended a three-day recording session for CCTV5’s “Exercise makes all the difference” program. Dr. Chen will talk about misunderstandings and precautions on many aspects in different sports, including tennis elbow, long distance running, the plank exercise, protection for knees, cycling, protection for the lower back, and other injuries common in popular sports. In addiction, he will also talk about fitness tips for popular exercises such as shuttlecock kicking and Chinese square dance.
During the program, many sport stars will be joining us to “move” with everyone. The tentative airing date is during CCTV5’s primetime broadcasting hours in the afternoon after October 1. Please stay tuned.
