Event: “Assessment of the Impact of Mesopodium Running on Athletic Performance” –biomechanical testing is successfully completed.
The research event of the “Assessment of the Impact of Mesopodium Running on Athletic Performance” is nearly complete. Yesterday, the runners successfully completed the biomechanical testing after one month of training, which will be compared with tests done prior to the training, results of which will provide analysis of the impact of mesopodium running and Li Ning Mesopodium Support Running Shoes on runner’s injuries.
During these two days of testing, the staff of Dr. Chen’s STaR Studio also performed injury checkups for all runners who participated in mesopodium running training. Through communication, we learned that many people’s injuries have various degrees of improvement, or were even cured, which delighted us, and was what we wanted to see. Some runners said comparing their own running shoes with Li Ning Mesopodium Support Running Shoes, they strongly felt that it was much easier to grasp and display the mesopodium running techniques when wearing Li Ning Mesopodium Support Running Shoes.
The completion of the biomechanical testing signified the end of this experimental data collecting phase, and entered the data analysis phase. This Wednesday (April 16th), the research team will carry out the last 5 km road running test at the Olympic Forest Park, which is the end of the entire testing phase. Furthermore, a brief ceremony will be held to announce the current running team put together for this event as the future base running group of Dr. Chen’s STaR Studio.
Both improved techniques and better equipment have made the runners more confident. Some proponents believe that we can create a unique running team, and exert our advantages, so that more people will join our group to promote healthy and pleasant running.
